Reconnect with Nature. Reconnect with Yourself.

Outdoor therapy—also known as walk-and-talk therapy or ecotherapy—combines the benefits of traditional talk therapy with the calming, restorative effects of the natural world. Sessions are held in safe, local outdoor settings such as parks or trails, providing a grounding, movement-based alternative to the office or virtual space.

Why Choose Outdoor Therapy?

  • Reduces stress and anxiety by lowering cortisol levels naturally
  • Enhances mindfulness and presence through sensory engagement
  • Encourages movement, which can improve mood and energy
  • Breaks down barriers to communication in a more relaxed setting
  • Reconnects you with your body and environment

What to Expect

Sessions typically involve a light walk and/or seated conversation outdoors, depending on your comfort and physical ability. We’ll go at your pace—emotionally and physically—and tailor each session to your goals.

I am willing to go year-round in almost any weather!
